Standard Shipping Method Free Shippingin continental USA.

Our shipping procedures are simple, straight-forward and affordable.

All orders in the continental USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, will be shipped FREE by FedEx or UPS Ground when the ordered items are within their size and weight limits. If the ordered products are outside of FedEx's and UPS's size/weight limits then we will ship your order FREE via motor freight (semi). Motor freight is curb side delivery only, so the customer will be responsible for being present to accept the order and move it to an acceptable location. You will be called in advance of the delivery.

Using our online shopping cart results in the fastest service. Items will normally ship within 1-5 business days and be delivered within 5-15 business days. Items with a finish may take up to 30 days.

Payment Type Shipping Delays

The preferred payment method is credit card and the order will be processed immediately upon authorization.

Company and personal checks can take 7-10 extra business days for bank processing. Exceptions can be made for some well-known and established companies and organizations. No exceptions will be made for personal checks.

Shipping on Back Orders

You will be contacted by phone or email if items on your order are back ordered. You will be given our best estimated shipping date on back orders.

Inspection of Received Packages

The customer is responsible for inspecting all packages before signing the carrier's receipt. All damage must be noted on a form provided by the carrier before the customer signs and accepts any delivery. Ask the carrier to give you a copy of the damage report. If the truck driver will not wait for you to look over your order just make a note on the freight bill saying, "Driver would not wait for inspection". If the furniture is damaged when it arrives do not sign for it. Refuse the shipment and give us a call. The freight company will return the furniture to us at no cost to you. We will get replacements out to you ASAP. We recommend signing the papers with the note of "subject to inspection". Please contact us, in addition to the carrier, in case of shipping damage.

Shipping Costs on Returns

No items may be returned without a prior Return Authorization Number from us. See separate return policy. The customer is required to pay the shipping costs both ways on returns.

Shipping Procedures Change

We reserve the right to make changes to these shipping procedures and policies. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
