Is it safe to use my credit card online?
When you send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the Internet it is not readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information using the 'web standard' SSL (secure socket layer) technology. We use 128 bit encryption for 'super-secure' transmission. Your browser will be in "secure mode" as you proceed to the online order form. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice the padlock icon on your browser window is in the locked position. This indicates that all information exchanged between you and our server is scrambled.
How do I place an order?
Select one or more of the options (if any) and enter quantity (quantity 1 is pre-selected) of the item you wish to purchase. Press the "Add to Cart" button. The contents of your shopping cart will then be displayed. Next, you can modify your shopping cart, delete the item, continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you checkout you will be prompted to fill in your email address, billing and shipping information and choose your payment method. Your order is successfully completed when the "thank you for your order" page is displayed with your order tracking number.
What happens after I place an order?
After you place your order, you will see a "Thank You" page that contains an order number. This is confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. Your order is then sent over a secure server to OutdoorRustics and will be processed and shipped. Allow 5-15 business days for delivery. If the merchandise is not in stock, we will contact you.
I have a general question about my order. What should I do?
You may sign in to your account and view your order history to answer questions regarding the order status. For further questions, you may use the Contact Us page to send us an e-mail inquiry or give us a call, toll-free, at 1-877-475-0123.
Does OutdoorRustics offer warranties for products it sells?

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Please visit the our Gift Certificates page, enter the dollar amount you'd like for the gift certificate, then click Add to Cart. Continue shopping as usual!
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Gift certificates may be redeemed during checkout, after you have finished shopping. On the Express Lane Checkout screen, look for the section label Redeem a Gift Certificate on the right side of the screen. Type your gift certidicate code in the field, then click apply. The value of your gift certificate will be deducted from your total.
How can I change my e-mail address or password?
Sign in by selecting My Account using your current e-mail address and password. Then select either Change Email or Change Password and follow the instructions on the screen.
How do I add or delete addresses?
Sign in by selecting Your Account and select Address Book. From this screen you may add, edit or delete addresses.
